Basel V. McFarland Trucking Company - $6,669,000

Basel was a passenger in a car that stopped on I-95 in Titusville, when shortly thereafter, an 18-wheel truck collided with the car, killing the driver and very seriously injuring Basel. Our firm undertook an investigation of the accident to determine who was responsible. This included reconstructing the accident in the middle of the night, as it had occurred.
