In 2005, the Plaintiff, Jane Doe, was involved in a motor vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 1 in Brevard County, Florida. At the time of the collision, Ms. Doe was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 1. Immediately to her left was a large truck.
