Rebecca J. Price is a dedicated personal injury attorney with extensive experience advocating for individuals who have been harmed and are seeking justice. She earned degrees in Education from East Carolina University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati.

Before focusing on personal injury law, Rebecca served as a teacher, Legal Aid attorney, Director of a nonprofit supporting survivors of sexual violence and child maltreatment, and prosecutor. These experiences have shaped her approach to the practice of law: combining strong courtroom advocacy with genuine compassion for the people and families she represents.

With more than 40 trials under her belt, Rebecca brings substantial courtroom experience to her practice. She understands the importance of being prepared, listening carefully, and standing firmly in her clients’ corner. She is committed to helping clients navigate difficult circumstances and pursuing the accountability and compensation they deserve.

Rebecca is an active member of the Brevard County Bar Association and has recently served as team leader for the Vassar B. Carlton Inn of Court. While working in Brevard County for the State Attorney’s Office, Rebecca earned the Outstanding Trial Attorney Award for both 2023 and 2024. During her time away from work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Eric, and spending time with her dog and cat, Wyatt and Thelma.
