Scott D. Alpizar is a Brevard County native and graduate of Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy. He attended Harvard College, where he played football and earned a degree in Economics, and later earned his MBA from Florida State University, graduating near the top of his class.

He began his career with a Fortune 100 company, overseeing $125 million in capital investments and supporting sales efforts generating approximately $3.0 billion annually. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University, where he clerked for a Miami-based personal injury firm and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, before returning home to join Alpizar Law.

Scott has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2017 and has held leadership roles across multiple legal organizations. He also serves on the Board of Directors for 321 Empowerment, Inc.

He focuses on serious injury and wrongful death cases and has secured multiple seven-figure recoveries, including a $14,147,525.39 verdict. Scott is dedicated to continuing his family’s legacy of advocating for those injured by negligence, and enjoys traveling with his wife, Jaime, and spending time with their dog, Baker.
